After a strange meteorite crashes into the quiet town of Metzburgh, Glen stumbles upon the crash site and becomes infected by an alien substance. Glen's infection begins to spread, transforming him and the residents of the small town into a horde of dangerous mutated creatures. Now a small group or survivors must escape from the infected while being hunted by a special containment team, as well as the alien monster from the infected originated.
