“We have received a cease and desist letter from the distributor of a low budget horror film, claiming they have the right to sue us if we don’t stop production of this film. We are seeking legal advice on the matter and at this time it is unclear as to whether we will be able to produce the film in keeping with the original concept. We do however intend to make a bear attack movie but can’t be more specific at this time as to how much it will deviate from the original concept.”
