When Does My Order Ship?

Hello all! Thanks for your amazing support of SRS Cinema!

Please note that, though we stock 1000s of titles here at the main offices, we are a small business and do not have enough space to store unlimited amounts of all these movies you know and love. A title can run out of stock without notice - we do get rushes here and there that we can't always trace why, maybe a good review gets posted, maybe someone chats it up somewhere on the web. In such cases, we will restock the title as fast as possible from one of our three warehouses around the USA, which can take 3-4 days to as long as 2 weeks. We do also buy some titles direct from filmmakers, which can also take 1-2 weeks. And we have one supplier from Europe, which can take 2-3 weeks to restock their line. 

So, if you order a title that is not a pre-order, though thhe majority do ship within 10-2 days, it usually takes on average 1-2 weeks to ship. If it is in stock, we will ship promptly, promise! We don't offer updates on delays, you will simply get a tracking notice when it ships.
